Dr. Matthew Grol is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University. He is also a Scientist at Children's Health Research Institute (CHRI) and Lawson Health Research Institute. Dr. Grol's expertise is in tendon development and mechanobiology, preclinical imaging of complex tissues, the genetics and pathobiology of osteoarthritis (OA) and osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), and viral gene therapy approaches for musculoskeletal diseases.
